60 min Mind Spa Experience

Service Description

Relax and recharge with a novel experience that has been described as dry flotation, a contactless massage, needle-free acupuncture, or a drug-free high. Allow us to pamper you and help your body to enter a deep relaxed state, while keeping your mind awake. After which you will emerge refreshed and recharged with creative insights. This 60 minute rejuvenating experience has shown great results for our clients in managing their stress, anxiety and burnout during these unprecedented times. This experience includes: 🔹Pampering (Plush terry Sandals, Hot towel, Aromatherapy, and Tea or coffee ritual) 🔹Assessment 🔹Intention setting: can be as broad as relaxation or recharge, or as specific as I would like to focus on receiving ideas for my new project 🔹Guided somatic awareness relaxation 🔹Custom designed experience on the Cymatix focusing on the intent you set 🔹Post session insight journaling, evaluation, feedback, and guidance to continue or improve personal practice Recharge your energy, mind, body, and spirit. Reconnect with yourself and your environment. Spark your creative spirit and re-imagine the possibilities. Allow us to pamper you and help you boost your creative performance! Note: We have several paid parking lots available in and around the plaza ($5-10), as well as plenty of street parking available in the area. Please allow at least 5 minutes to park, pay, and make your way to the Mind Spa. Please arrive and check in 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow yourself to disconnect from your daily burdens and mentally, physically prepare yourself for the Mind Spa experience. If you running late past 5 minutes, please inform us and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment to the best available time. Once a session is scheduled, you can reschedule your appointment up to 2 times without additional fees. Cancelled appointment fees are non-refundable.

Once a booking has been made, you can reschedule your appointment for free up to 2 times, with 48 hrs prior notification. Pandemic Protocol - We want to ensure everyone's safety during the Pandemic. If you are feeling unwell or suspect to have come in contact with someone who contracted COIVD-19 during the past 10 days, please notify us immediately and we will reschedule for when you are cleared. If the City of LA goes into a full lockdown or require non-essential services to be temporarily suspended, we will schedule your appointment at no extra charges for when we reopen safely.
