Workshop 1: Conscious start to 2022

• 2022 Intention setting: Beyond resolutions, we will dig deep into your desires for health, wealth, love, community and success and bring forth truths about what you want. Together we will hold them powerfully. 
• For some, it’s hard to know what to want. We will guide you into your purpose and help expose your deepest desires.
• Create a plan with actionable steps. Once the intentions are clear, it’s time to break it down into a plan you believe you can execute.

Workshop structure :

• Guided energy mindfulness techniques
• Journal Prompts and journaling
• A Sri Lankan Oil Lamp Ceremony to help cleanse our energies and make commitments to our goals

Metamorphosis is designed to help you organize your priorities and take action towards reaching your goals. You can either take the whole training package, one or both workshops.

Note - We are closely monitoring the CDC / LA City guidelines for events. Metamorphosis Workshop 2  is scheduled to take place outdoors; social distancing & masking protocols will be enforced. Due to the dynamic nature of the pandemic we will follow City guidelines at the time of the event. Accordingly, should we need to reschedule the event, all participants will be notified 24-48 hours ahead of time. We will reschedule the event at a future date & time when it is deemed safe by the City Guidelines.
