Life over the course of the last 12 month has been volatile for many. Whether you experienced it first hand or empathically felt the energy of society’s angst, this workshop will help you identify what no longer serves you, bring closure to them so you don't carry any residual artifacts to the next year and identify what you want to continue to pursue in 2022

• Guided energy mindfulness techniques
• Journal Prompts and journaling
• A Sandalwood burning ritual to help cleanse our energies and symbolically bring closure to what we want to leave behind

Metamorphosis is designed to help you organize your priorities and take action towards reaching your goals. You can either take the whole training package, one or both workshops. We highly recommend taking both but we understand that people have busy lives.
