Please arrive and check in 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow yourself to disconnect from your daily burdens and mentally, physically prepare yourself for the Mind Spa experience. If you running late past 5 minutes, please inform us and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment to the best available time. Once a session is scheduled, you can reschedule your appointment up to 2 times without additional fees. Cancelled appointment fees are non-refundable.
Once a booking has been made, you can reschedule your appointment for free up to 2 times, with 48 hrs prior notification.
Pandemic Protocol - We want to ensure everyone's safety during the Pandemic. If you are feeling unwell or suspect to have come in contact with someone who contracted COIVD-19 during the past 10 days, please notify us immediately and we will reschedule for when you are cleared. If the City of LA goes into a full lockdown or require non-essential services to be temporarily suspended, we will schedule your appointment at no extra charges for when we reopen safely.
